My first complete CG in a long while~ for the 2012 HP Fanart Fest!
Prompt: Draco and Kreacher, post-war, Number 12 Grimmauld Place, Kreacher has a fistful of Draco's robes and is looking up at him with big, sycophantic eyes because a Black is back in Grimmauld Place. Draco is, of course, disgusted and sneering because this aging house-elf is touching him.

LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 04:52 pm (UTC)And Harry is really cute xD I like his teeth and his Henley shirt, tehe.
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 04:55 pm (UTC)HAHAHAHAHA. I love Kreacher because he's such a creeper. XD Snogging his dead master's trousers, really? Poor baby. ;_;
Henley shirt?? o.o;
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 05:08 pm (UTC)NOT POOR BABY. CREEPER/RUDE THING.
The little strap that is on Harry's shirt reminded me of a Henley shirt... though that's not actually one I don't think, because they have the half button down patterns instead of completely button'd.

Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 05:24 pm (UTC)CREEPER BECAUSE POOR BABY. He just wants a proper master who gives him orders and treats him decently... ;n; He was sooo loyal to Regulus, I LOVE them~ ♥
... There is a word for such things? Why am I even surprised. XD
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 05:28 pm (UTC)Love me some Henley shirts. Mmm... I want to buy them for Troy and dress him up. They make any man look good, I swear.
Sigh. Kreacher is so snotty though. And creepy. And I don't understand your love for him just because of his loyalty :P
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 05:33 pm (UTC)Hahaha, really? I didn't care for the shirt in that link you sent me. XD I'm all about button-downs myself... and waistcoats. And sweater vests. :O -melts-
It's all about relationships to me. XD Kreacher becomes win to me because I love his relationship with beloved Master Regulus, whereas I hated Sirius to begin with and Sirius was a GIT to Kreacher, and therefore, Kreacher gets more pity points. And even Harry won him over in the end by letting him have Regulus's locket, and then Kreacher became loyal to him. All he wants is love. ;_; And he was all ALONE in the miserable Black House for sooo loooong with just a screaming portrait and a nest of dead puffskeins... poor baby. ;_; But relationships are why I love Draco so much as well-- because I love the Malfoy family dynamic, and how he's such a bully and a twat but he cares so much for his parents and they care so much for him and all that caring makes them do good things so they're not irredeemable, they're just very centered around each other, and family stuff just slays me. ;_;
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 06:05 pm (UTC)I love sweater vests, too ;_; I don't like button downs much, especially boys who leave them open and wear a t-shirt underneath, SO sick of that style (that's all Jer knew how to do... sigh.)
Yeah, you can tell a difference between you and I is that family stuff doesn't tend to slay me :P I think Draco is cool and all, but don't respect him nearly as much as you and Kaylee do because I don't care that he has a pure love for his parents, lol. And I do feel bad for Kreacher, but his opinions piss me off, I don't care that he was corrupted or anything xD The Blacks are just douches. AND I understand Sirius' frustration with Kreacher much more because it's not his fault he has to deal with a mean old house elf...
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 06:36 pm (UTC)Oh... I don't mind t-shirts beneath a casual button-down, but I dislike the douchebag look of a wifebeater beneath a formal button-down. XD But when I say I like button-downs, I mean stiff-collared, buttoned all the way to the top or with just one or two buttons undone. XD I like formal men. ;_;
It probably has to do with always growing up wishing I felt safe with my family, instead of being scared of them... but it's relationship dynamics even outside of family. XD I like Luna for how she interacts with people as well, and Myrtle. Myrtle on her own is annoying, but the way Myrtle makes other people uncomfortable makes her beloved~ Just like I don't care for a single colour but love how colours complement each other. :3 No man is an island, and the surroundings make or break a colour, a character, anything~
Kreacher overcomes his opinions. XD Harry's a half-blood but he becomes loyal to Harry. Sirius was a pureblood but Kreacher hated him. And Kreacher wouldn't have been a mean old house elf to Sirius if Sirius hadn't been a bastard to him~ he liked Regulus, and when Narcissa and Bellatrix were nice to him he was loyal to them and lied on their behalf. His beliefs can be easily swayed by somebody just showing him some kindness. ;_;
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 06:52 pm (UTC)Yeah, I have learned to be very insensitive towards my family in order to make myself feel better :D We are kind of opposites in that way. I wish I valued it more. It's something I think about for when I have kids... I'll love the hell out of my kid, but I'll forget to teach them about valuing family in the 'normal' way, like loving Grandma and such... I love Myrtle, and adore Luna :D I think I respect best friend development/relationships and individual character development more than anything~
Hehe. Formal is nice. Troy wears these cute thermal shirts all the time. It's casual but it makes him look safe and nerdy and comfortable to hug. In the summer, he wears white fitted t-shirts. Doesn't change much. But if he wore a button down I'd think he was more intimidating for sure, and that would scare me xD WIFEBEATERSAREGROSS. I can't believe I used to wear those in mid school... ugh.
Sometimes... maybe not in this case, you're so modest you don't even know it >:D
Re: LOVE!
Date: Monday, 10 September 2012 07:16 pm (UTC)I... never could do that. XD My mom has always sacrificed too much for me, so no matter how scared or angry I was around dad, or how frustrated and resentful at her, there was always that tie of "I know she loves me" to keep me emotionally connected to the whole situation. Plus, the violence wasn't frequent enough to become desensitized to it, only frequent enough to know it was a possible outcome and be scared and bitter. XD
Eh, individual character development doesn't do anything for me. XD "So you had a personal epiphany... so what." I think every hero needs a Hermione to keep them solid and a Ron to keep them normal, and it's that kind of stuff I adore watching. ♥ Humans are social creatures, after all, and relationships make or break us~ The individual character development wouldn't happen without relationships. Maybe that's why I dislike stories that are more plot-heavy than character-heavy... XD
I had to Google thermal shirts, but I think I know what you're talking about. XD I'm not a fan of how they feel, lol. Intimidating, really?! May, Em's button-downs make me want to hug him or just curl up at his side and not have to worry about being the responsible one...
Behhhh. :|
